We are proud to share that our very own Broadwalk House took home the award for Best Commercial Development at the premier Exeter Property Awards on Friday.

Acquired by Castleforge in 2020, our vision for Broadwalk House saw an emphasis on natural daylight, maximised floor to ceiling heights and improved ventilation to create an open and inviting feel throughout the space. Thanks to its transformation, Broadwalk House now boasts a range of stylish offices, including collaborative co-working and flexible workspaces operated by Clockwise.

We are delighted that our vision has been recognised amongst Exeter’s dynamic property sector and would like to thank all teams involved for this deserving award.
